We’re proud to announce a new partnership between Wrapsthetic and Victoria Square Belfast, Northern Ireland’s leading shopping and leisure destination.

As part of this collaboration, Victoria Square’s customer wheelchairs have been fitted with custom Wrapsthetic Wheelchair Discs, designed to enhance the visitor experience while making accessibility information easier to access.

This marks an exciting step forward in our mission to make accessibility more visible, inclusive and integrated into everyday environments.

More Than Just Branding

The custom discs feature Victoria Square branding alongside a QR code that provides visitors with direct access to accessibility information.

Rather than searching through websites or asking staff for information, visitors can access important details instantly from the wheelchair itself.

It’s a simple idea, but one that can make a meaningful difference to someone’s experience.

At Wrapsthetic, we believe accessibility information should be available at the point of need, and this partnership helps bring that vision to life.

Why This Matters

For many disabled people, accessibility can often feel like an afterthought.

Venues invest heavily in customer experience, branding and visitor engagement, yet the equipment used by disabled visitors is frequently overlooked.

By incorporating accessibility information directly into customer wheelchairs, Victoria Square is demonstrating that accessibility is not separate from customer experience - it is customer experience.

Visible, thoughtful changes like this help create environments where disabled visitors feel considered from the moment they arrive.

Setting a New Standard

We’re incredibly grateful to the team at Victoria Square for embracing this concept and recognising the value it can bring to visitors.

As the first shopping centre we’ve worked with on this type of installation, we hope this partnership inspires other venues to think differently about accessibility.

Shopping centres, stadiums, arenas, airports, museums, visitor attractions and public spaces all have opportunities to make accessibility information easier to access while creating a more inclusive experience for their visitors.

Looking Ahead

Wrapsthetic was founded with a simple goal: to make mobility aids and accessibility products more empowering, personal and visible.

Seeing our products installed in one of Northern Ireland’s most recognised destinations is a proud milestone, but it’s only the beginning.

We’re excited to continue working with organisations that want to create more inclusive spaces and improve experiences for disabled visitors.

If your venue is interested in exploring custom accessibility discs or other inclusive solutions, we’d love to hear from you.

Together, we can make accessibility more visible, more engaging and easier to access for everyone.
