Every prosthetic wrap kit and pair of wheelchair wheel discs is prepared with care, packed by hand and shipped from our studio in Lisburn, Northern Ireland. Below is everything you need to know about how and when your order will arrive.

Processing & Dispatch

All Wrapsthetic products are carefully prepared to order.

Production time:

• Up to 7 working days from the date your order is placed
• Once production is complete, orders are dispatched the same or next working day
• You will receive a dispatch confirmation email containing your tracking details

United Kingdom

• Production time: Up to 7 working days
• Estimated delivery: 3–5 working days after dispatch
• Free UK delivery

Europe

• Production time: Up to 7 working days
• Estimated delivery: 5–7 working days after dispatch
• Cost: £14.99
• Free European delivery on orders over £200

Rest of the World—including the USA

• Production time: Up to 7 working days
• Estimated delivery: 7–14 working days after dispatch, depending on location
• Cost: £29.99
• Free worldwide delivery on orders over £250

All orders are sent using a tracked delivery service.

Packaging

Your prosthetic wrap kits and wheelchair wheel discs will be securely packed in protective packaging suitable for each product. Every order is packed by hand to help ensure it arrives safely and in excellent condition.

Customs & Import Charges

For deliveries outside the United Kingdom, local customs charges, taxes or import duties may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in our prices or delivery costs.
