We take great care in producing every Wrapsthetic prosthetic wrap kit and pair of wheelchair wheel discs. We want you to feel completely confident when ordering from us.
For standard, non-personalised prosthetic wrap kits and wheelchair wheel discs purchased online, you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it.
Please contact carson@wrapsthetic.com before returning anything. Products must be returned within 14 days of notifying us and should be unused, undamaged and in their original condition.
Unless the product is faulty, damaged or incorrect, customers are responsible for return postage costs.
Products made to your individual specifications—including custom artwork, personalised designs or specially sized products—cannot normally be returned or refunded because you have changed your mind.
This does not affect your rights if the product is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or not as described.
If your order arrives faulty, damaged, incorrect or incomplete, please contact us as soon as possible at carson@wrapsthetic.com, including:
We will assess the issue and offer an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, repair, partial refund or full refund.
If your order has not entered production, we may be able to cancel it. Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number.
Custom or personalised orders cannot be cancelled once design or production work has begun.
Approved refunds will be returned through the original payment method. Where applicable, refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product or receiving evidence that it has been sent back.
Please do not return an item without contacting us first. We will provide the correct return address and instructions by email.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights.
